About Hugging Yuri

I started Hugging Yuri because I wanted to share the wisdom and insight I've been blessed to encounter in my life. My mission is to share the gift of "embrace".

Embracing yourself, embracing your circumstance, and embracing others is a critical step toward building a better life. The information age has made individuals efficient in many things but most ineffective in some of the most critical human functions, such as how to be an awesome friend, companion and even how to love ourselves.

Hugging Yuri is all about how to turn that cycle in on itself to produce healthier habits across life's disciplines from learning, eating habits, emotional health, and spiritual awareness.
